The Board of Directors has negotiated a contract with GreenFlag, a collection agency in order to collect past due HOA dues from Home Owners.

All notices for the 2012-2013 HOA dues were sent out in March. If you have not paid those dues your account is delinquent as of April 30th and delinquent notices will be coming out this month.
Dues are $150.00 for the 2012-2013 year and you can pay 100% or make two payments of $75.00, due in April ands October.

The dues will be $150.00 per household.
If you are behind on your dues, contact us and we will try and work out some kind of payment schedule.
Remember you have to be current on your dues to be eligible to vote on any matters for the association.
